Visiting Korean in 2010 for a childhood friend's wedding, we quickly went from never having tried Korean products to being a Korean product fanatic after trying the Baviphat Apple AC Therapy Sleeping Mask which helped to get rid of horrible acne/ scars tt even the dermatologist- I went to 3!- couldn't do anything for. And, in a nutshell, that is how iheartkoreanbeauty was born :)

1. What is ihearkoreanbeauty?

Iheartkoreanbeauty is an online shop that sells ONLY Korean products (hence iheartKOREANbeauty!). We buy all items directly from the Korean retail shops or manufacturers and everything is 100% genuine. To ensure the authenticity of our goods, we do not purchase from middlemen, even those who offer lower prices.

2. How is iheartkoreanbeauty different from the other blogshops around?

• We're a one-stop Korean online shop.

Korean skincare, Korean cosmetics, Korean stationery, Korean jewellery, Korean bags (coming soon) and Korean clothing (coming soon). Basically, you name it and we'll bring it in at very reasonable prices.

• In stock items & discounts on pre-orders.

To minimise customers' waiting times, we keep certain products in stock. 
Where an item is out of stock and has to be pre-ordered, we offer a 5% discount on the item.

• Instant (or almost instant!) gratification

We post out the items within 1-2 working days (Mon-Fri. Payment must be received by 5 pm to be posted out the next working day.)

• Posted items bubble wrapped

All items are 100% new and in perfect condition when posted. To keep them that way, we bubble wrap everything.

• Photographs of parcel with stamp emailed to you

We understand that buying online can be a risky business and to reassure our clients, we send photographs of each package with the stamp/ frank attached.

• No minimum order

• New products uploaded daily, Monday to Saturday

We try to upload at least 1 new product every day to keep people interested :)

• Samples with each purchase (always, in true Korean style!) no matter how small the order. The more you buy, the more you get of course :) If you purchase at a time when samples are out of stock, we will send them the samples to you at our own cost once they are restocked.

• Whenever we get freebies, we will be sure to share them with you! A new freebie will be added every week, but they go pretty quickly so be sure to check in regularly :)

I am based in Singapore. How do I place an order?

Please add your desired items to the shopping cart. Once you have confirmed your order, please click "proceed to checkout" where you can choose:

- Normal postage 

- Registered mail ("Ship by weight registered")

Please note tt all items are in perfect condition and bubble-wrapped when posted, and we're not liable for any damage incurred during the mailing process. As an alternative, we offer meet-up as well.

I would like to order a specific Korean skincare product but I can't find it on the site.

The item may be:

- in stock but not uploaded yet

- not in stock (but available for pre-order and a 5% discount!!)

Does iheartkoreanbeauty ship internationally?

Yes. We have sent our products to Australia, UK, US, Canada, Germany, Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia and Mexico & would like to send to more countries!! :)

How do I place an international order?

Please add the items that you would like to purchase to your shopping cart then checkout. After placing the order, you will receive an email from us within 1-3 working days, indicating the total including shipping and paypal transaction fees.

All products are bubble wrapped and checked to ensure they are in good condition before being posted out. Please take note that sometimes boxes are dented during the postage process. Kindly place an order only if you do not mind this.

02 We are not responsible if items do not meet expectations, be it in colour, quality, size etc. Please do read product info carefully before ordering and feel free to ask questions- always welcome :)
03 Free gifts are subject to availability and may be replaced with another item of equal value (we will notify you before doing so)
04 All items are non-refundable and non-returnable. Where items are still in the original packaging and unopened, exchanges for items of equal or lesser value may be possible (case-to-case basis)

05 All products are authentic and sourced directly from Korea. Whilst all are from reputable brands, for safety purposes, we strongly encourage you to do a patch test before using any new products. Stop using the products immediately if skin irritation occurs. We shall not be held responsible for any skin irritation or allergy occurring from the use of these products.
