Best pencil eyeliner

This is the best pencil eyeliner that I've ever used (previously I've tried, Marks and Spencer, Estee Lauder, Clinique, Clarins, Tony Moly, to name a few). As I have the Asian single eyelids (sigh), I generally find that using pencil liner results in the liner smudging all over the place after an hour or so (I also have oily skin and do not use eye primer) However, when I tried this Baviphat eyeliner, even without eye primer, smudging was definitely much less than normal. (Do note it does smudge a bit though) And at this price tag, I'd say definitely worth a try!!
